About this workflow

This site documents a continuous, concurrent, and iterative recruitment cycle for STEM educators. While core stages progress from identification to onboarding, many activities — such as content creation and outreach — happen simultaneously to maintain a steady pipeline.

The workflow synthesizes inputs from multiple internal documents: customizable recruitment workflows, infographics, LinkedIn outreach templates, channel development plans, and the teacher recruitment flyer assets.

The end goal: a reliable engine that keeps qualified STEM teachers moving into classrooms across Austin, Atlanta, Lawrenceville, Chicago, and any new market the program enters.
